Patterns Plus is a wholesale distributor to retail shops and other
resellers of craft patterns and related items.
To be set up for an account we need either copy of your letterhead,
a website address, or newsletter/brochure from your shop and a copy
of your Federal ID# or state sales tax number certificate faxed (1-888-729-2809)
to us before we can fill your first order. |

| Placing
your order – Minimum order
$50.00. You can place orders over our secure website,
through the mail/fax (1-888-729-2809)
with our
printable
form, or over the phone (1-888-729-2806 ). |

| Payments – First orders must be
paid for with a credit card or check/money order prior to shipment.
Subsequent orders
can be set up with Net 30 or shipped COD. |

| International
Orders – International
orders must be paid for with a credit card or PayPal. Net 30 is not
available for
international orders. You will be charged actual shipping on all orders. |

| Out
of Stock – If an item is out
of stock, we will put that item on back order and ship it to you
free of charge. |
